Keurig K575 Review

Keurig K575 is one of the largest Keurigs that can take up a good amount of space. So make sure you have enough space to accommodate before making a final decision. It’s 13.63 inches wide, 13.45 inches tall, and 10.43 inches in length.

This Keurig Brewer can simply be said an XL size brewer as it features a large 80 oz water tank and also an XL size 2.8 inches LCD control panel which is larger than 2.4 inches equipped in its sibling Keurig K475. It can brew almost all the K cup sizes along with K Mug and K Karafe and that too at optimal temperatures.

Keurig K575 2.0 Brewer Review

The large variety of brewing options makes it a perfect choice as it can cater to everyone’s needs. If you like to have a small cup, brew 4 oz or 6 oz; for large, brew 8oz, and for coffee addicts, brew 10oz or 12oz. It is simply catered to most of the brewing sizes and is an ideal k-cup coffee machine for home as well as for offices.

Design And Features

With it’s bold and tallboy design, brewing a cup of coffee is a breeze. It can brew a cup in just a minute and a karafe in 3 minutes. The 80 oz water reservoir allows you to brew many cups before you have to refill it. It even allows to dispense hot water which is indeed a great feature to sometimes prepare soups or noodles. With 5 different temperature settings, one can brew accordingly like for kids, lower temperature settings can be used. It also has an auto on and off programmable feature that allows to program the coffee maker to brew a cup and then shut off. There is also an energy saving mode that puts the device to standby when it’s ideal for over 2 minutes. Keurig K575 is programmable and can brew you a cup of coffee when you wake. Performance And Taste

Now this is were many of the coffee makers fail. If everything looks good and feels great but the end results doesn’t suits your tongue, there is no sense to buy that machine whatever the offer might be. Keurig K575’s coffee tastes similar to that of K475 machine as both are built with same technology and even somewhat the same tallboy dimensions. The only difference between K475 and K575 is the larger LCD display. 10 oz larger tank and hot water output in the latter, rest everything is same.

With the introduction of Keurig 2.0 technology in the older K550 model, the brand restricted machines to use the new pods only made by Green Mountain Coffee with the use of DRM technology. This also restricted the brand’s loyal customers from using the older reusable K-cups and so, the customers were not happy. With all this, the sale of Keurig dropped to 23 percent which the brand soon realized. As a result, Keurig soon released the new range of brewers allowing the use of older K-cups including the Keurig K575.

The output of K575 is hats off. It always gives great tasting hot coffee year by year and that’s is why this brand became so famous. The quality of pods by the brand is award-winning. They have started using environment-friendly material for K cups which are bio-degradable and none other brands’ quality matches them. One can also use the Reusable cups for no waste and will also save you a lot of money.

Conclusion

After reviewing the Keurig K575, what we thought is that though this is a great machine one can save some cost by buying the K475 as both offer the same set of features. The only major difference is the larger water tank, hot water out, and the larger LCD. If Keurig K475 LCD seems smaller to you, or you need a hot water function to prepare soups or noodles then go ahead with the K575. Also with a larger water tank, the frequency for refilling water again and again reduces.

Don’t forget to include a 2-year protection plan with your coffee maker as it will save you from any sort of disappointment which sometimes happen coincidentally with anyone. It’s better to be safe at your side.
